We believe that the ethos of a family group is essential to develop every aspect of an individual’s character whilst ensuring family values are at the heart of everything we do.
To support this, each student is placed into one of three families, or houses, when they join us:
Each house group is led by a Head of Year who is supported by a non-teaching Assistant Head of Year. Their role is to oversee all aspects of pastoral care including academic achievement, well-being, attendance and safeguarding.
Within the house group they are placed in a family group, led by a tutor. Each family group will have a maximum of 30 students consisting of mixed houses from within their year group.
