Partners

As part of the Oasis global family each of our Academies is linked with two countries where Oasis work. The Academies are in a unique position to maximise opportunities for their students to experience first hand diversity of culture, and to build knowledge, understanding and empathy through establishing relationships with their linked countries. Oasis Academy Brightstowe has Oasis Mozambique as its primary partner country and Oasis USA as its secondary partner.

Objectives

• To bring learning to life
• To share learning experiences and good practice
• To raise awareness of Oasis activities across the globe
• For Oasis Academies to communicate on a regular basis with colleagues and students in their link countries
• To formulate direct links with current Oasis Global projects
• To support the work of Oasis
• To enrich the Academies work through these links
• To provide continuing professional development for staff through these links
• To facilitate exchange visits for staff, students and the wider community
• To develop long lasting friendships

STOP THE TRAFFIK

Each Oasis Academy supports and fundraises for STOP THE TRAFFIK - a global coalition of more than 1,000 member organisations in 50 countries and tens of thousands of activists all over the world.

STOP THE TRAFFIK exists to PREVENT the sale of people, PROTECT the trafficked and PROSECUTE the traffickers.
