Shirehampton resident Julie Mines has kindly volunteered to provide some reading coaching to some of our students.
She comes into the Academy on a Tuesday morning and is currently working with four students over the two 100 minute lessons, providing one to one support. Individual coaching with students stimulates word recognition and encourages self confidence and esteem.
